They have an import function so if you have loads of data on a spreadsheet already, with a bit of field mapping, you can transfer it all across really easily.
If you have any tools that you already use internally, check that they can be integrated, and what that integration looks like.
Of course, assuming your processes were mapped out beforehand, you'll be able to have a go at automating some of your repetitive tasks and saving yourself a load of time.
